    • The South Coast Region MLPA review is in process and CA Fish and Game final decisions will be made in 2026.  The original Marine Protected Areas were determined in 2011 after being reviewed by the Office of Administrative Law, with final adoption by the Fish and Game Commission in the Fall, 2011.
