Who is the Laguna Bluebelt Organization?

The Laguna Bluebelt is a loose coalition of strong groups within and around the town of Laguna Beach, California that focus on our environment around us.  This coalition is presently focusing on the MLPA initiative in hopes of maintaining our present ocean protections and possibly improving on these.
